OK here is a quick picture of me with Tim Holtz. I was lucky enough to take some classes with him when he was here in Florida a couple of weeks ago. Tim is a great teacher and a lot of fun. Just in case you were not sure Tim is the one on the left :)
As some of you know we have an afternoon staff meeting at the store, we affectionally call it "Pastry Break" Today's lovely concoction was a fantastic lemon cupcake from the deli next door. This was the best cupcake I have ever eaten in my life and Rosemary & Capella also said the same.
