As most of you know I am going to be selling some cards at Craft Fairs. With this goal in mind I have to make 100 cards per week to have enough, as well as making other things. I started this weekend with the most time consuming cards. I cut and colored just over 100 images. But, I need some help. The card above needs a funny generic sentiment that would appeal to everyone. Such as "It's not gossip if it is true" Although it is a suitable sentiment I don't think it would appeal to a lot of people. So I am asking you to post your thoughts on a funny saying, either as a comment on this post or send me an email. The person whose saying I use will be given the scalloped square punch in the picture. Put your thinking caps on ladies!!!

Friendship isn't a big thing - it's a million little things
ReplyDeleteA true friend is one who thinks you are a good egg even if you are half-cracked.
Everyone hears what you say. Friends listen to what you say. Best friends listen to what you don't say

My favorite:
It is more fun to talk with someone who doesn't use long, difficult words but rather short, easy words like "What about lunch?" ~ Winnie the Pooh ;)
I'm not sure if these are good, but let's give them a try:
ReplyDelete1. "If you can't beat them,join them."
And you can use this for the inside:
"You'd better do it because it makes you feel good."
2. "Rumor travels faster, but it don't stay put as long as truth."
3. "It isn't what they say about you, it's what they whisper."
4. "Three may keep a secret, if two of them are dead."
ok i got nothing...i like what you said lol. but good luck with the cards sounds like tons of work but im sure it will pay off in the end.
