Instructions:
Layer 1. I used the Bazzill paper in yellow for my foundation page. To add interest and texture I used a large background stamp, versamark and clear embossing powder.

Layer 2:
Cherish Three is the next layer, which I distressed with the distress
tool and then inked. To make the
cutouts, I simply made a cut, used the distress tool, inked and curled with a
small paintbrush. To add the lace, I
added double sided sticky tape to the back of the page and then added the
lace. Adhere down to the foundation
page.
Layer 3: Cut embellishments from the Components
and Enhancement pages. Distress with the
tool and ink.
Layer 4:
Using a die cut machine, I cut the frame, sprayed with glimmer spray and
added the pearls.
Layer 5: Paper flowers were made with die cut flowers with 5 petals
and glued together with hot glue.
Layer 6:
Lay down your embellishments and add your final bling!
