New Classes!

Yesterday we talked about the classes that we had in the store last week. Did you feel left out? We never want that to happen again so I am going to tell you in advance what new classes are coming up this week AND next week. Aren’t you feeling lucky today? Call in and sign up before you miss out again.

This Week’s Classes

We are approaching the end of the month, you know what that means don’t you? It is time for Adventures in Art Journaling! This eclectic group of gals is so big that we meet on Thursday and twice on Saturday. Are you new to playing with mixed media? Perhaps you have not dabbled in ink, sprays and paints together with stencils, stamps, masks, etc. No worries, you can jump in and join us. This is a great way to learn all types of media while learning to master new techniques. This class meets on the 17th and the 19th. Check the calender for specific details and times. http://everythingscrapbook.com/calendar/

Rosemary left us and you were all so sad to see her go, especially since her card classes went with her. Not to worry, they are back! But wait, Rosemary has not returned from her retirement…Lisa will be designing and teaching the card classes in “Not My Mama’s Cards” (clever name isn’t it?). Classes are this Friday, October 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 all levels of skilled card makers are welcome.

Have you come in to play with our Smash Club yet? Why not it is FREE and that is not a typo. This Sunday, October 20th from 12-1:30 pm this group gathers to play and add trinkets, photos, notes, ticket stubs etc. to their Smash Books. They will do a show and tell, share their ideas and encourage and inspire each other to be creative. Do not forget to bring in your homework. You need one hand out gift no larger than 5×5 (you need 10) and in your book add something from the “Trinkets and Treasures” table from the store.

Next Week’s Classes

A-Z Journaling is all about the alphabet, well not quite literally. Use what you want, interpret it any way you choose and design your page based on “M” on Thursday, October 24th. With Halloween so close I wonder if anyone will use monster, mummy, mutilated, murder, mysterious, massacre… don’t be scared you will come out alive!

Fall is upon us, although living in South Florida it is hard to tell. Get into the spirit with Nancy’s “Autumn Blessings” leaf album class. Seeing that autumn leaves do not fall from our trees, this mini album is a perfect table top decoration to hold your memories in. Friday, October 25th will be here soon, don’t miss out on this one.
