One more week until Christmas! With all of the holiday planning and rush take some time for yourself to slow down and recharge. Hanging with friends and working on a class project is the perfect way to do it here, especially with our open studio time available this Sunday. This week is full of Art Journaling and ATC.

Here is what is going on this week:
- On Going – 12 Tags of Christmas – Days 1-12
If you would like to come in and make this tag we will have a limited number of kits (25) available for purchase for $10 each. Day 1, the Snowman tag has already sold out.
Come in with friends, grab a kit and make something fun . . . even learn a new technique. Each tag is like taking a mini class at your own pace. Instructions and all supplies needed are in each basket. You do not have to bring anything with you.
We understand it is not easy to come in everyday so call the store to make payment and we will hold the kits you would like till December 31st. If you don’t live in the area, for only $5.00 you can buy the directions to make it at home or you can purchase a kit with instructions for $8.00.

- On Going – Card Frenzy
All you will need to do is to come into the store with your tools in hand, we will have the cards all designed and cut out for you. You get to take advantage of making a homemade card without the stress of coming up with the design. The cards will be $3.00 for a 4×6 card, $4.00 for 6×6. Where can you buy a card so inexpensively and have the personal touch? This is a deal! Tools to bring: all types of adhesives, pop dots, Stickles and detail scissors. The rest is here for you.
Rustic Christmas - Thursday – 12/19/13 – Adventures in Art Journaling
Art Journaling is a “diary” that has a strong visual element to it, an expression of your artistic creativity and imagination. Express your memories, dreams, feelings or thoughts in an artistic way. Take a walk on the wild side and join our coolest art venture. We will be using stamps, stencils, masks, sprays, pens, inks, magazines, collage and much more as we explore and discover new worlds together.
- Friday – 12/20/13 – ATC Kickoff Meeting
We are restarting our ATC exchange and thought it would be fun to have a kick off meeting. We are calling the theme for this ATC swap – a Trip through Europe. Saturday – 12/21/13 – The A2Z of Me Art Journaling
This class is all about you!!! We will be making Art based backgrounds that are different each time and then add a different letter from the alphabet in class. You will interpret that letter and what it means to you. You can choose from our collection of imagery, stamps and more to define your personal letter and add to your journal. As an example A could mean Artist, Anger, Amazement . . . . . . We will be working our way through the entire alphabet and you are welcome to jump in and join us at anytime. The letter this month is “ K ”
Later in the afternoon we will be catching those up who missed the classes for the letters U and C.
- Sunday - Art Journaling – Open Studio Time
We will have the studio open and set up for you to come on in and play with your journal. Take advantage of our materials and tools. We will pull out magazines, punches, stickers, rub ons and more for you to get creative and play. Drop us a line and we will hold a spot for you to come in and play.
